Ella is much different from her filthy rich stereotype. She doesn’t dress in designer clothes but instead stays fashionable with flee market and swap store clothing. Your first impression of her would be far from an English politician’s daughter, with her bank account over flowing. Instead, her few revealing tattoos and lack-of distinct hair color makes you think otherwise. She doesn’t believe in relationships and tends to ruin most of them. She’s carefree and selfish; living each day as if it were her last, literally.
Coming from wealthy English parents, Ella and her siblings moved from Bristol in their early teens to pursue their future and the future of their family. Ella attended high school on the Upper East side only to enroll in a last chance community college around town, where only most rejects of Universities applied to, still hoping for a future. The De Wilde family doesn’t approve of Ella’s decision to fall back from an Ivy League school, but there is not much they can do for Ella is very headstrong.
