Colby Lane, brother of Adrianna Lane, is one of the youngest among the Elite. Although people often mistake his sense of humor as ignorance, he is very intelligent and kindhearted, when he wants to be anyways. Colby is the type to forgive and forget normally and move on with life. He’s infamous for his shadiness due to his actions in the past and works daily to try and change his ways. Now, he is in his senior year and attends Chapin Preparatory High. Colby plans on moving out of the big apple and back to his hometown to go to Pennsylvania State University.

The Lane family seems like your ordinary, picture-perfect household, but little do people know what goes on behind closed doors. Colby lived in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with his uncle until he began his freshman year at Chapin Preparatory High because his parents didn’t want him exposed to the scene. He attended an all-boys private school there and was an honors student. Looking at him, you’d imagine him to be the boy you would bring home to mommy and daddy. The summer before he moved to Manhattan, Colby got involved with a bad crowd. He experimented with alcohol, drugs, and even sexuality. That summer, a lot of mistakes that remain on his conscience were made and he has yet to tell a soul due to the fact he didn’t want to put shame to his family’s name. Hopefully, he can move forward and start fresh once he graduates Chapin Prep, that is unless his dark past comes back to haunt him.
